It is registered with the Evry Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under No. 775 683 899.
Its head office is located at 4 Rue Ambroise Croizat, 91120 Palaiseau, France.

This document constitutes the Terms of Use of the website located at the URL http://www.quies.com, hereafter referred to as the “Website”.

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. Quies reserves the right to refuse access to all or part of the Website to any user that violates these Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Website, you also agree to not send or upload via the Website illegal or offensive content or images, including content that incites hate, is pornographic, or encourages such conduct. Quies reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems necessary if the Website is used to disseminate content of this type.

The Website is governed by French law and the official language of the Website is French.

Quies has made the Website available for the purposes of providing information. The information presented on the Website may not be used for commercial purposes, even in part, without the prior written consent of Quies. The content of the Website is protected by copyright law. Personal information

Personal information about users of the Website is intended for use by Quies.
In accordance with France’s Data Protection and Individual Liberties Act of 6 January 1978, Quies hereby informs Website users that the information obtained via the Website’s survey and information request forms is needed for Quies to be able to respond to user requests. This information is intended for use by Quies, which will process the information for the purposes of responding to these requests.

Users who do not want their personal information transferred to the appropriate departments at Quies for the purposes of responding to their requests must inform Quies of their objection by sending an email to cnil.fr@quies.com. Users may restore their consent at any time by sending an email to the same address.

Users of the Website must comply with all provisions of France’s Data Protection and Individual Liberties Act of 6 January 1978. Violations of this Act are punishable by law.

Most notably, users must refrain from using the Website to gather personal information, and from using any information gathered via the Website for purposes other than those for which the information was originally provided.
